Final adjustments before the 1st release

I'll be releasing the first beta soon, now entering an ultimate debugging phase

And yes it's a complete rewrite
It is a major shift in the philosophy: I now feel completely at ease respecting the free/libre software strict principles where freedom is more important than ux / ease of use. For example I'm removing Dropbox and github / github pages from the official release and the free SaaS version (editor.silex.me), replacing them with ownCloud and GitLab and other open source services - developers can offer plugins to add it back but not me 🙂
Also the no-code nature of silex is now clear, it's not like wix or the v2 where the goal is to be easy for everyone, it's more like webflow or other no-code tools, the users need to learn stuff before they can use the v3, stuff that is useful to understand html and css

Absolutely loving V3 right now, I'm excited when it's fully out.
Noticed it really does sort of adhere to the no-code builders, with the fact that you can't move elements around freely, that's cool.
I also couldn't find the CSS and JavaScript section? Assuming it'll be applied soon? If it's there, then I'm just getting 6 am vibes. (I tried joining the meetup today thinking it was the day itself :/)

glad that you like it and that you get the point too 🙂 It's the norm now and it simplify everything in the code so it means way less bugs
